Join Stu as he starts his calisthenics journey under the watchful eye of calisthenics Coach Armandas Ivanauskas. Over three months we will post weekly videos that you can join along with to have your own journey.
Armandas will be giving instruction on technique, drills and progressions as we work towards some of the popular calisthenics moves such as planche, muscle-ups, press handstands, human flag and whatever else we can fit in. Stu will provide light relief as he struggles to transition from yoga to calisthenics.
In this episode, Armandas takes Stu and you through an assessment session to establish a baseline from which to work.
In coming episodes, we will introduce a basic strengthening program that we can build on and then have episodes on progressing towards specific moves.
It was so windy we had a bit of a problem with the sound but hopefully, we can sort that for future episodes.
